These Terms govern your use of the RIGHT WIN MEDIAS QR portal (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may pause or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

2. User Content & Responsibility

You can create QR codes with various content types (links, text, vCard, file URL, catalogue, price, social links, Google Review Place ID, Q/A form).
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or link via the Service, including ensuring you have all rights and permissions.
No unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content. No malware, phishing, or deceptive content.
We may remove or disable any content or account at our discretion for violations or security concerns.

3. Dynamic QR & Analytics

Dynamic QR uses short links (aliases) that redirect to a target. We log scan events (time, alias, user agent, referrer, and IP in truncated/encoded form) to provide usage analytics and assist security/abuse prevention.

4. Limits & Availability

You may set start/end dates and scan limits for each QR; exceeding limits or out-of-window QR will not redirect.
We may apply technical limits to maintain service quality and security.
Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

5. Intellectual Property

We own the Service and its code, design, and branding (excluding user content).
You retain rights to your content; you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
Sharing credentials or attempting to access other users’ data.
Uploading viruses, malicious code, or carrying out DDoS or automated abuse.

7. Third-Party Links

QR codes may link to third-party websites/services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: The Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIGHT WIN MEDIAS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor any loss of profits/revenue/data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RIGHT WIN MEDIAS harmless from claims or losses arising from your use of the Service or your content.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we may provide a notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
