- Account data: name/username, email, password hash, timestamps.
- QR content data: titles, aliases, target links, text, vCard fields, social/catelogue/price fields, Google Place ID (if provided).
- Analytics data (dynamic QR): scan count and basic scan logs (time, alias, user agent, referrer, and IP in truncated/encoded form).
- Support data: messages you send via forms, Q/A responses tied to a QR.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To generate and host QR codes and related landing pages/forms.
- To provide analytics for dynamic QR codes (aggregated counts and simple logs).
- To send essential service emails (account or security notices).
- To improve reliability, security, and performance of the portal.
3. Legal Bases
We process data to perform our contract with you (provide the portal), with your consent (e.g., when submitting optional forms), and to pursue our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention).

- Service providers: hosting/email/backup/security vendors under appropriate agreements.

- Access, edit, or delete your QR items from your dashboard.
- Pause/disable QR codes at any time (dynamic QR will stop redirecting).
- Request account deletion by contacting us.
- Opt out of non-essential communications where offered.
7. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards (role-based access in WordPress, capability checks, nonce verification, prepared DB operations) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.
8. International Transfers
Our services may be hosted in various regions. By using the portal, you consent to international transfers where applicable, subject to suitable safeguards.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. Do not sign up or submit data if you are under this age.
