Where to find the UTR: open the payment in your UPI app → “UPI Ref No.” / “UTR” / “Transaction ID”. We activate within 2 working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 am–7 pm).

Questions about paying
Yes. All prices include 18% GST. You receive a proper GST tax invoice after your payment is verified. Give us your GSTIN in the WhatsApp message to get it on the invoice.
Within 2 working hours after we see the payment in our bank (Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm). Payments after hours are activated the next morning.
It is the unique reference number of your payment. In Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm, open the payment and look for “UPI Ref No.”, “UTR” or “Transaction ID” — usually 12 digits. For bank transfers it is in your bank SMS.
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp. You pay only the difference for the remaining period, and all your QR codes keep working.
We remind you 15 days and 3 days before. If not renewed, your dynamic QR codes are paused (not deleted) and kept for 30 days, so renewing brings them straight back.
Please try the Free plan first. Subscription fees are non-refundable once your plan is activated. If you paid by mistake and the plan is not yet active, contact us the same day.
